Videos are not playing



  • Uploaded videos do not play at all in Carousel


Usually when a video can not play in Carousel it is a formatting issue. Carousel does strive to play all videos but sometimes it will either be in the incorrect format, or something is wrong with the video and that is preventing it from playing in Carousel. Here are some notes frrm the Carousel Manual regarding uploaded video:





Following the above criteria should assist in getting uploaded video to play successfully in Carousel. If you are still having some issues, you can set the Carousel player to use VLC to handle video playback. That process is outlined here:

Also, try converting the video to a different file type as that may also resolve formatting issues.
