  • Your contact information
  • The product and version you are using
    e.g. Cablecast 5.4.3
  • A description or screenshot of the problem you encountered
    e.g. When I attempted to send Autopilot, I received an error that stated "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
  • How many times has this happened?
    e.g. This is the first time that I have ever seen this error message under these circumstances
    -or- This error seems to happen every time I send Autopilot from my laptop
