Known Issues List

The following is a list of known issues in Carousel 7.0.0 that we feel might impact customers.  We intend to fix these issues in upcoming software releases.

  • Uploaded photos do not respect embedded EXIF rotation settings.
  • Exporting channel impression report doesn't provide user with good feedback.
  • Usability of color picker is somewhat lacking.
  • Several flash messages aren't as clear as they could be.
  • Space between bulletins in bulletins screen doesn't animate correctly in the Safari browser.
  • Updated standby graphic does not appear on players that are actively displaying standby graphic.
  • Dragging the penultimate bulletin out of a group does not collapse the group as expected.
  • Users cannot use drag and drop to upload files in the Microsoft Edge browser.
  • Users are not redirected to login screen if their session expires due to inactivity.
  • There is currently no user interface to set crop settings on new or edited web page snapshots.
