How do I update my Carousel software?

  • Carousel (all versions)


  1. Send an email to that includes the following information:
    1. Your Name
    2. Your organization's name
    3. You current FrontDoor AND Carousel version numbers (How do I find my software version number? )
  2. Support will supply back a Download Key with the needed installers.  Included will be a PDF (also attached below) of the Carousel Update Guide that walks through the process.
