How do I set/change the resolution on my SX video server?

The SX servers have a tray application that runs on the server that allows you to configure the output resolution. The SX Configuration icon should be in the lower righthand corner  of the desktop near the system clock on all SX video server as seen below.  Double clicking the small SX icon will open a configuration menu. 

 

 

Setting the resolution is handled in the system tab. You set the resolution by clicking edit.    Note: This can only be dose when the server is not actively encoding/decoding files. 

 

 

 

Below is a list of formats that can be chosen from in the edit menu.  Selecting on option here is setting the input and output sections is setting the input and output resolution of all outputs on the server. 

Finish by clicking save and exiting the configuration menu.
