Contact information not being saved for automatic database back ups

  • Cablecast 5.3.0 & 5.3.1

Symptoms

  • Contact information is not saved on the Database Backups configuration page in Cablecast.

Cause

This was caused by a bug in our software.

Resolution

Upgrade your Cablecast system to version 5.3.2 or above.

Released A fix for this bug has been released in Cablecast 5.3.2.
