Carousel Player On Windows Stops Cycling Through Bulletins

  • Player gets stuck and does not rotate through bulletins.
  • Content does not update


Bulletins are incorrectly marked in the database has having attached audio. These bulletins incorrectly try to fade the background audio which can lead to a deadlock between multiple bulletins waiting to fade the background audio that is never resumed after a bulletin fails to play audio.
